You can use 1970 vw beetle outer tie rod ends from napa for your ball joints.. For the bushings you can order from leager.. Same exact ones.. Idk if they have the inside sleeve that comes with the bushings though.. Somebody on here may know a lil more on that. But those ball joints are the exact same ones some aftermarket companys use.. You just get them cheaper from napa

Pat is right and the ball joints will work. But the problem is this.. The threaded part on the ball joint isn't far enough and will not give you much camber at all. In fact it's almost positive camber. I got the tie rod ends for the 70 beetle and they work yes but they didn't give me the camber I wanted.

As far as bushings for both go, laegers can supply the bushings and sleeves for you at 100$ mine were like 118 shipped. Swingarm bearings, I would look into the stock ones. If you have a stock swingarm laying around check it out. Otherwise just contact lonestar. I know you can still get them, probably even on their website. Laegers and lonestar both are awesome companies to deal with just give me a call and tell me what u need.
