Most of you have noticed the huge annoying Xwinner.com ad at the top of the page.

If you want to remove it, you need to install an add-on for your browser.

I use the Firefox browser.  Hit ctrl - shift - a

that will bring up the add-ons.  Click Extensions then search in the upper right, "adguard adblocker" and install.

After it's installed, you just need to right-click the ad select ad blocker and tell it to block the ad image.

Im sure chrome has a similar procedure.

If you still use IE or "Edge" RIP

What happened to the banner photo?

Did Mitch find someone else to operate the forum?

From the small amount of investigating that i've done, the ad is there because we arent paying create-a-forum.  Just a guess.

I use Google Chrome.
After initiating Ad-Blocker, all looks good now.

-Just pulled down the menu from top right triple dots.
-Clicked on settings
- Clicked on Extensions
-Enabled AdBlock

Then first time opening the site, AdBlock walked me thru the steps to identify this Add, and get rid of it.
Now, when I open the site, the add briefly attempts to show, but it goes away instantly.

I'm loving it.....
